Shipping and Return



Shipping Information 

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. We Ship worldwide. All online orders are shipped via Canada Post the next business day the order is received. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Notes:  We do not ship on the weekends or certain major holidays. Canada Post does not deliver on these days so keep that in mind when counting the number of days it will take to receive your package. We do not require a signature upon delivery.

A Note for orders outside Canada We are not responsible for customs fees. You may or may not incur an additional custom fee, depending on your country’s laws. 

Backorders while we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will email you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.

Returns and Exchanges: All Sales are final; however, should you have any discrepancies in your order regarding sizing issues, you must send your item back within 7 days of receipt; We will then provide an exchange for any unworn product, remaining size tags and product package. Item that is returned within that time.

If you need to exchange your item; please return it to us, and we will ship your item back to you.

Note

You are responsible for paying the postage costs for sending the item back to Wowbody, Lisata Group, and yourself. But, if we make a mistake with your order, we'll pay for the shipping costs to send it back to us. This renders it equitable for all parties.

When we receive the item and inspect it, exchanges will be made. Please give the processing of returns two to three days. Also, the item needs to be returned in sellable shape. To pay for the return shipping, kindly fill out the form on the back of your receipt and include it with your purchase.
